Bahama Bound

Good Morning, World! I'm actually pretty exhausted this morning. Unfortunately, I have an internal alarm clock that does not allow me to sleep past 9...ever! We were over at some friend's house last night and Brendan ( who had to work on this beautiful MLK day) played Mario on Wii until midnight. I think I have come to the conclusion that I am an old soul. I definitely prefer to go to bed early.

I have a few career fairs coming up! Which interviewing and talking to schools is never fun..always nerve racking. This has been a hard year for me not teaching. Especially because of how much I adore my job! :o( So I'm hopeful that this will be the year that I can have a classroom again!! Plus, I'm prettty sure Brendan would like the garage back. (we've got boxes and boxes of my classroom and supplies in the garage. It's crazy how much I've accumulated over 2 years of teaching.)

Brendan and I booked a cruise for our anniversary. We went on a cruise to Mexico a few years ago and had fun so we decided we're like to go on another one! This time we're going to the Bahamas. We're really looking forward to it. I know they say you won't feel the motion of the ocean but I've been on 2 cruises and both time, I got sea sick so I'm not chancing it. It's terrible because there is no escaping it. We even talked to the Carnival folks to see which end of the ship is best for the least amount of movement. I even have a little counter ----> over there for the cruise. I, obviously like countdowns.

Oh! I decided NOT to turn 26 this year. Next Sunday, I'll be 25 once more. :o) Brendan will be 27 this year! He's getting older, not me! :o)~ haha

This year, I've gotten into The Bachelor and I'm watching Ellen right now, and we're both pulling for the same lady! We like Ali! I'm not sure if that's how she spells her name. I haven't watched The Bachelor since the first season. I really don't need any more shows! Thursdays are what drains me - I've got Grey's Anatomy which comes on at the same time as The Office and Project Runway. Tivo only records one thing at a time! I've got to give up something because I know this is entirely too much tv. I just know it's definitely not going to be Grey's Anatomy!
